The clients brief was to turn this dated, neglected home into a luxurious modern villa without significantly changing the original foot print. Taking inspiration from modern seaside homes on the Houzz platform, we worked with a local architect, to transform the house, using an overlay of pillars and terraces onto the original structure, and changing the central roof to a 4 sided pitched roof thus gaining significant space, and aspect.
