The project at Beaconsfield Place, Aberdeen involved the demolition and replacement of an existing rear ground floor kitchen extension and basement garage. There was also a significant refurbishment to the ground and upper floors including the creation of a new kitchen and dining room with glazed wine store, along with an extended basement to create a workshop space.
