JAMstudio achieved consent for a new replacement 4,000 sqft house on the site of an existing derelict cottage and steading in Aberdeenshire. This unique interpretation of Scottish vernacular architecture incorporates the re-use of granite from the original buildings alongside sustainable technologies, including a biomass boiler and high performance insulation.
