This major project involved underpinning and extensive steelworks with conversion of an existing basement, complete with reinforced concrete retaining walls and Delta Membrane tanking to ensure complete waterproofing.
We have also reduced the whole garden.

This was complemented by complete refurbishment of all five storeys of the house complete with high end finishes.
