A collaboration between college friends Margot Tsim and Sandra Flashman, Benson House instills casual elegance into modern living.

Centered around the client's love of music and books, the space uses a simple palette of natural materials to create a calm and restful environment. Throughout the space, are beautifully crafted wooden furniture in walnut, to give warmth and character. The overall space was also carefully considered to work with the client's own artwork.

Margot Tsim and Sandra Flashman provided a turnkey design service, which included the design, procurement and coordination of all interior elements, so the client was able to move in seamlessly with all furnishings, appliances and equipment in place, down to the last teaspoon.

This West Kensington project included a living & dining area along with a master bedroom and kid's bedroom.
