Located on a prestigious street in the Chelsea Conservation Area, our clients brief was to explore ways in which the property could be reconfigured to provide improved layouts at each level and to develop an interior architecture that complemented the existing building and responded to the client's preference for a clean modern aesthetic. A palette of materials including natural stone, polished concrete, and bespoke timber joinery run throughout, with a new steel handrail added to the refurbished staircase.
