A new build property, part of a gated lake side development, where we were engaged to provide interior design services off plan prior to the house being built. The client brief was to bring a flavour of Mediterranean living to their home, reminiscent of their visits to a favourite villa. Using light and warm tones in the colour scheme as well as the extensive use of natural materials such as wood, wrought iron, linens and ceramics, combining practicality with simplicity resulting in a stylish modern home with a Spanish flavour.
