Edinburgh Townhouse

GLM was appointed to design and project manage the sub-division of the building into four residential units. The project was carried out in two phases. Phase I included external repairs to the stonework, replacement of lead flashings, construction of a new cupola, a full overhaul of joinery works, new timber sash and case windows and the creation of a balcony on the top floor. Following the structural repairs and alterations of Phase I, our architecture team oversaw the internal reconfigurations of Phase II.
