The property is an early 19th Century Grade II Listed dwelling situated within a Conservation Area. The project included the reconfiguration of the internal layout to improve circulation alongside the conversion of the existing office and workshop to form a boot room. The ground floor benefited from new flooring throughout. Significant upgrades were made to the buildings services including new heating system and enhancements to the main entrance.
