The property is an early 19th Century Grade II Listed dwelling situated within a Conservation Area. The project included the reconfiguration of the internal layout to improve circulation alongside the conversion of the existing office and workshop to form a boot room. The ground floor benefited from new flooring throughout. Significant upgrades were made to the buildings services including new heating system and enhancements to the main entrance.

Works also included remodeling of the existing conservatory to create a modern, contemporary garden room to maximise incoming natural light and south facing views and replacement of existing stable into a garage.
