We were appointed to assist in the complete renovation and extension of a 5500 sqft Victorian house. The work was fairly extensive with the removal of one part of the building and the design and construction of two story extension to create a garden room and master bedroom suite and balcony above, along with internal redesign of the kitchen, snug and utility room adjoining the newly constructed garden room. Improvements to insulation and replacement of all heating, plumbing and electrics were also part of the project.
