The client wanted to extend and remodel a 4-bedroom dwelling in a sort after Colchester location. The brief also included significant internal alterations in order to improve the flow into and through the house. The ground floor layout especially has gone through a huge transformation to create an optimised open plan layout with improved connections to the garden.

The client is delighted with the transformation as the design helps realise the site's full potential, whilst allowing their home to be suitable for modern day family living.
