Georgian townhouse Grade II listed builiding restoration and renovation
This project entailed the detailed renovation of a Grade II listed building built in 1890. Tasked with a careful yet transformative restoration, our team focused on reviving the building's original Georgian features for modern living. The aim was to create a Georgian townhouse that respects its historical heritage while offering contemporary comfort and style.
During the renovation, we prioritised maintaining the building's architectural integrity. Key original features like mouldings, fireplaces, and window frames were meticulously restored. New materials and features were selected for their compatibility with the Georgian style, ensuring a cohesive mix of old and new.
The townhouse now marries Georgian elegance and grandeur — marked by high ceilings, spacious rooms, and classic details — with modern amenities and finishes, crafting a luxurious, functional living space.
