Working with high end building company Dominic Payte we obtained Listed Building and Landlord consents and provided technical construction assistance to transform this run down studio flat into a compact but spectacular contemporary 1 bedroom apartment. The project was identified and delivered by Dominic Payte in a joint venture project with a Hong Kong based investor with Dominic Payte providing a full design and build service including in-house interior design.
