We took this small and unmodernised bungalow and gutted it completely. We extended along the whole of the rear of the property and we doubled the size of the side garage and connected it to the house. We converted the property it to a 3 bedroom, 2 bathroom, wc , kitchen and dining , living and formal dining as well as full landscaping.
