Totteridge refurbishment project remodelling and refurbishing the ground floor of this property. We created an open plan, living dining and kitchen area opening onto a raised patio with full glass balustrade. As well as creating the open plan area we refurbished the the rest of the ground floor, comprising a lounge, WC, large entrance hall and porch as well as lower level utility leading off the kitchen area. We used bespoke cabinetry and joinery throughout.
