We were delighted to be asked to renovate the outdoor area surrounding the swimming pool. The client was keen that it was restored and rebuilt to be sympathetic to its surroundings. Natural stone paving was laid throughout the space on a 150 ml base type one. The pillars were an original decorative feature of the house however, their layout felt a little dense and cluttered. Working with a designer, a small number of the columns were removed and the remainder were realigned to streamline and open up the space.
