Works are well underway at another of our projects in the venerated Peterborough Estate. Our ongoing refurbishment at Coniger Road features a transformative rear extension and loft extension, with planning permission successfully obtained. The design blends contemporary functionality with South African-inspired interiors.

Our interior design team is incorporating natural materials and textures, focusing on bespoke joinery crafted from natural wood to add warmth and character. The rear extension will create a light-filled living area seamlessly connected to the garden, ideal for relaxation and entertaining. The loft extension is set to become a serene retreat, maximising space while maintaining a cohesive design.
