This distinctive apartment is inspired by the Yoga philosophy that mind, spirit, and body are inextricably connected. This became a core theme in our design – which features de Gournay hand-painted wallpaper, refurbished original art deco features, and natural oak floorboards of varying length and width designed to give the apartment a natural and unstructured feel.

Our design even incorporated a secret door – providing hidden access between the bedroom and the living room, and ensuring a flawless continuation in the pattern of the de Gournay hand-painted wallpaper. Beneath the surface however, work was more traditional – including completely new wiring, plumbing, and insulation.
