The design of this 14,000 square foot Jordanian villa for an international family has been a labour of love. Working with Raёd Abillama Architects and a talented team of craftsmen and contractors the design journey for this villa has been one of the most fulfilling for designer and client alike.

This architectural tour-de-force reconfigures vernacular materials to break with cultural traditions, creating a bold and dynamic presence in a historic location. We played with a minimal palette to give focus to the architecture and create a light canvas for our client’s vibrant art collection. The entertaining spaces on the ground floor are gracious yet not intimidating, while the more private spaces on the floors above reflect the lives and passions of a creative and connected family.
