This project involved a complete refurbishment of a semi-detached house in a quiet backwater part of London. This original two-up-two down house, in a Conservation Area, was transformed into a spacious, modern home. The creation of a larger basement under the house and garden and the addition of a rear ground floor extension meant that the interior aspect of the property confounds the external view. Adding to that, the reconfiguration of the internal staircase meant the addition of an en suite bathroom and a new family bathroom on the ground and first floors.
