This is a 2 storey Central London apartment, when you enter into the raised ground floor with the bedrooms on the lower ground. We advised client when he was looking to find his new home, and even before he had purchased the apartment we had suggested ways of how the lay-out could be improved with small, but important changes. The brief was clear, he wanted a space to work, as well as relax, a big bookcase to store all his books, a place to entertain and cook. Although the budget was tight we created a space that ticks all the boxes, and if you read our client's review he is very happy with the result.
