Each space of the house is aligned to the lifestyle and habits of the homeowners. For example, their culture is food-centric, therefore the kitchen, as a magnet for social activity, is in the center of the building. Homeowners will gather with their family and friends in a spacious and bright dining room near a large window overlooking the courtyard.

The clients enjoy reading, so we created a cozy reading corner overlooking the courtyard. Biophilic views well integrated into architecture create a relaxing atmosphere for everyone and encourage children to respect nature as they grow up.

If the clients would like to have a casual family evening, there is a cinema room on the first floor. But if they want to talk privately to the guests in a calmer environment, they may stay in the second living room.
