After several unsuccessful attempts with other architects to obtain planning permission to convert a former Medical Clinic into flats, I was beginning to lose hope. However, Windsor & Patania Architects was able to secure the change of use and obtain full planning in less than six months. Throughout the construction process, Windsor & Patania Architects provided excellent support and was always there to solve any issues that arose. Thanks to their expertise and dedication, I am now the proud owner of a beautiful set of flats that exceeded my expectations. Having never employed an interior designer before, we were hesitant and completely stuck for designs having moved into our forever family home. Clearly, we couldn't see past the old swirly carpets. They asked great questions to help us understand how we wanted to live in the property and raise our family. They came back with multiple designs to get us thinking about the spaces and it led us thinking of things that we would not have considered alone. The CGIs especially helped with this! I wanted to say thank you. To Ryan, Roberta, Viktoria and Giovanni. They completely transformed my family house.
