Perched on the side of a hill overlooking the River Tamar this house commands breathtaking views over the surrounding countryside. Our clients loved their home but felt that the spectacular landscape was not fully exploited by the existing house. Scarratt and Martinmas commissioned to design a Garden Room and new entrance which would make the house feel part of the view. The result is a simple oak-framed lean-to which frames the view and provides the perfect space to enjoy the landscape.
