Located in Blackheath, South East London, this project was the design for a new house that replaced an existing and dilapidated building on this prominent site overlooking the Heath. The existing building originally acted as a stable block to a large grade 2 listed building which is located on the neighbouring plot. Although itself not listed, the proximity to the protected neighbour created considerable challenges in the planning process.
