Included within the scope of the project was the demolish to the rear of a 1970's extension and replacing it with a full width orangery style addition and raised ground floor office, as well as works to the rear garden. The new addition now houses the dining area and a bespoke wine room.
The exterior of the property was also given sympathetic restoration in keeping with the property and its location. Internally, the work included period matched finishes and details as well as installation of such items as Crittall style glazed screens and doors as well as underfloor heating.
The building was completely rewired and new pipework and infrastructure to ensure the property would be fit for purpose for many years to come, with additional personal touches for the client such a silk wallpaper and a bespoke colour palette.
