This two-bedroom top-floor flat was purchased by the owner as a flip project. With rooms set in the eaves, the sloping ceilings created layout challenges, making it difficult for buyers to visualise how the space could be used effectively.

Working within a modest budget & timeframe, we advised on paint colours, flooring, kitchen worktops, bathroom fittings & overall finishes throughout the flat. Once the decorating was complete, we furnished & styled the key rooms to prepare the property for marketing. The flat sold shortly thereafter.
