We were commissioned to stage a beautiful Edwardian property that had been vacated by its owners, who had relocated out of the area. With the property sitting empty, the client decided that professional Home Staging would be the most effective way to present it for sale & maximise its market appeal.

First, we collaborated with our trusted decorator to carry out a swift & seamless paint refresh.

As part of the Staging process, the purpose of several ground floor rooms were reimagined to create a more natural flow throughout the home. These spaces were then furnished accordingly to help prospective buyers better understand the layout & lifestyle potential of the property.

The interiors were styled with subtle elegance, purposefully chosen to highlight & complement the character & charm of the period property. We dressed the home with thoughtfully selected furniture, soft furnishings, artwork, & accessories to create a warm & inviting atmosphere.

Due to the client’s geographical distance, we managed the entire process independently, liaising closely with the estate agents on a daily basis to ensure a smooth, well-coordinated campaign.

The Staging was a huge success & resulted in a sale within a week of being relaunched!
