One of our favourite project in East Sheen. The historic townhouse underwent a comprehensive renovation to restore its Victorian charm. The project involved intricate restoration work, including a large kitchen extension, repairing ornate mouldings and refurbishing original wood flooring with the addition of new herringbone flooring to the new living space. Modern amenities were seamlessly integrated, with the addition of a state-of-the-art kitchen and updated bathrooms. The exterior received a fresh coat of paint to revive its grandeur, while the garden was landscaped to create a tranquil outdoor retreat. Every detail was carefully considered to honour the property's heritage while enhancing its livability for contemporary living.
