A contemporary zinc clad extension to a large Victorian semi-detached house. The addition created space for an open plan kitchen/dining/living room.

The bi-fold windows open back from the corner to provide a column fee opening onto the veranda patio. A zinc clad canopy overhangs the opening windows.
