This room has excellently executed the use of pattern and color. I love the contrast of the wallpaper vs the area rug vs the bright and colorful tapestry on the wall. They incorporated a fun light fixture to bring an extra element of playfulness, and the white finishes give this room a clean polished finish.
This space has a really nice balance and mix of texture. The walls are dark in color but very soft and welcoming. The light colored leather chairs are also very welcoming and offer a nice break from the dark walls and floors. I love the gold accents above the wall shelving and think they give the space a cool Art Deco look. A nice feature is also all the natural lighting this space gets.
This space I would definitely describe as minimalist. The feature of the room is of course the lovely painting on the wall, but also the interesting slanted desk. The white walls frame the light wood furniture, and I like the white washed look of the floors. This space is classically designed, simple, & it effectively guides your eye through the room.
In this space I think they successfully achieved the industrial look. The way the shelving against the wall kind of looks like scaffolding, the chalkboard wall, and light colored wood floor. It appears this space has a lovely city view out the floor to ceiling window, and the dark rod iron on the furnishings compliments the industrial feel of the space.
I love the Scandinavian vibe this space has. Lots of white, simple clean lines, and natural wood accents. The floor to ceiling window is a gorgeous touch, and adds nicely to the natural element of the space. Everything about this screams "organic" from the soft rug, to the comfortable chair, to the greenery on the desk, everything for this space was carefully chosen & the designer paid close attention to detail.
I think what makes this space so special is the full exposed brick wall. Red brick accented with dark wall & furniture colors pairs so nicely and gives great harmony to a space. The lovely picture window with seating is a comfortable touch to this space, and the warm ambient lighting is very inviting. I love the original hardwood that they've kept, it keeps the modern but old school aesthetic of the space intact.
I think this is everyones dream office. The floor to ceiling bookcase is a brilliant use of wall space that gives the room a more dignified look. Theres lots of windows for natural light & high ceilings with crown molding. I love that this space clearly has a lovely view, and their use of various materials for fixtures and furniture gives the room nice texture.
I really like the use of lighting in this space. The fixture above the table gives the room a nice glow, and adds a funky element to the space. The dark accent wall is a nice touch to liven up a primarily beige space, and the pattern and shape of the rug makes the space look much larger than it actually is.
I think the use of light in this space is what makes it most compelling. The recess lighting above the desk works perfectly and frees up space on the desk for various other things. I also like the use of ship lap on the main wall with shelving, it adds interesting texture and gives the room a rustic vibe.
