Walnut (Ikea...) lowers and cream uppers, I love two tones, makes it more interesting.

We chose a warm-toned charcoal grey for a client's compact galley kitchen. It has plenty of natural light and the mirror backsplash and stainless steel countertops keep things bright and open. Paired with medium-toned wood luxury vinyl tile flooring and bamboo and brass accents, the result is beautiful. Because of its small size, white or a light-toned color scheme would have been the obvious choice. However, choosing the charcoal grey gives a sophisticated surprise to the space.
