1938 Spanish Revival Remodel
American Southwest Kitchen, Phoenix
This historic beauty, once the workhorse of its family, had seen better days. A little touch-up was not going to fix its many issues. The new owners were in need of functional space in which to entertain. With a cut-off, compact space our answer was to open walls. With a new pass-through and wider doorway, this kitchen is now the center of attention. This remodel compliments the historic charm of this home with mill-work details and a scene stealing gas range. Modern conveniences, storage solutions and fabulous finishes have given new life to this once dark, dated space.
