This is a duplex (two-level) apartment that needed a complete overhaul. Our client purchased the apartment for his family and as a long-term investment.
The work included new Brazilian cherry wood flooring, and a Manhattan-sized kitchen in which our client desired several appliances to be included. We gave them just that: a mosaic kitchen backsplash, a Viking stove with venting to the outside and a drawer dishwasher below the sink.
A new bathroom with intricate tile patterns on the bathroom walls, and closets with custom built-in storage.
