Addition - Everett Road, Lake Forest, IL

Arts & Crafts House Exterior, Chicago

Design & construction of an addition containing a 3 car garage, mud room and basement recreation room below and loft space with full bathroom above. The floor of the garage was framed using precast concrete planks to allow for the basement below.
