Eclectic Dining Room, Cleveland
This family wanted an area where they could stay connected while persuing their individual activities in a way that their existing center hall colonial didn't support. We met this need by adding a new Breakfast Room and Family Room off of the Kitchen. This also allowed us to enlarge the cooking area of the Kitchen by using space that was previously taken up by the Breakfast table. The spaces are open, but defined by the broad arch shown in this photo, as well as the shift from a flat celing to a cathedral ceiling over the Family Room. Photo by Dale Dong
