Juxtaposed InteriorsThis hall 1/2 Bathroom was very outdated and needed an update. We started by tearing out a wall that separated the sink area from the toilet and shower area. We found by doing this would give the bathroom more breathing space. We installed patterned cement tile on the main floor and on the shower floor is a black hex mosaic tile, with white subway tiles wrapping the walls.
Craftsman Design and RenovationAfter years of renting out the house, the owners of this 1916 Craftsman were ready to make it their forever home. Both enthusiastic cooks, an updated kitchen was at the top of the list. Updating the fireplace, as well as two bathrooms in the house were also important. The homeowners passion for honoring the age of home, while also updating it, was at the forefront of our design. The end result beautifully blends the older elements with the new.

JMT Fine LivingGive a small space maximum impact. A found architectural element set off the design. Pure white painted pedestal and white stone sink stand out against the black. New chair rail added - crown molding used to give chunkier feel. Wall paper having some fun and antique mirror connecting to the history of the pedestal.

Thyme & Place Design LLCOur beautiful formal front powder room only needed a little bit of paint to bring it up to date. The vanity had a green and pink decorative motif with antique bronze hardware. Some silver leaf brings it back to life. We added wainscoting to the lower walls and added a shimmery trellis faux paint to the upper walls. The tray ceiling was painted a soft sky blue. Our London shade in a lovely floral completes the garden them of the space. Marco Ricca
