Sweetlake Interior Design LLCMaster bathroom design & build in Houston Texas. This master bathroom was custom designed specifically for our client. She wanted a luxurious bathroom with lots of detail, down to the last finish. Our original design had satin brass sink and shower fixtures. The client loved the satin brass plumbing fixtures, but was a bit apprehensive going with the satin brass plumbing fixtures. Feeling it would lock her down for a long commitment. So we worked a design out that allowed us to mix metal finishes. This way our client could have the satin brass look without the commitment of the plumbing fixtures. We started mixing metals by presenting a chandelier made by Curry & Company, the "Zenda Orb Chandelier" that has a mix of silver and gold. From there we added the satin brass, large round bar pulls, by "Lewis Dolin" and the satin brass door knobs from Emtek. We also suspended a gold mirror in the window of the makeup station. We used a waterjet marble from Tilebar, called "Abernethy Marble." The cobalt blue interior doors leading into the Master Bath set the gold fixtures just right.
ULAH Interiors + DesignWe took a tiny outdated bathroom and doubled the width of it by taking the unused dormers on both sides that were just dead space. We completely updated it with contrasting herringbone tile and gave it a modern masculine and timeless vibe. This bathroom features a custom solid walnut cabinet designed by Buck Wimberly.
Cotton + Ash InteriorsContemporary Master ensuite designed for a new build. The client requested a space which was extremely luxurious and held an atmosphere similar to a spa or hotel. We met this brief by choosing high-end finishes such as brass for the shower and taps which combined beautifully with the rich terrazzo and contemporary marble wall tiles. The spacious shower, freestanding bath and bespoke vanity unit with countertop sink add another level of luxury to the space.

The primary includes a gorgeous porcelain soaking tub for an extraordinarily relaxing experience. With big windows, there is plenty of natural sunlight, making the room feel spacious and bright. The wood detail space divider provides a sleek element that is both functional and beautiful. Metamorphosis Studios, LLcThis bathroom, was the result of removing a center wall, two closets, two bathrooms, and reconfiguring part of a guest bedroom space to accommodate, a new powder room, a home office, one larger closet, and one very nice sized bathroom with a skylight and a wet room. The skylight adds so much ambiance and light to a windowless room. I love the way it illuminates this space, even at night the moonlight flows in.... I placed these fun little pendants in a dancing pose for a bit of whimsy and to echo the playfulness of the sink. We went with a herringbone tile on the walls and a modern leaf mosaic on the floor.
Story LLCOur clients wanted to add on to their 1950's ranch house, but weren't sure whether to go up or out. We convinced them to go out, adding a Primary Suite addition with bathroom, walk-in closet, and spacious Bedroom with vaulted ceiling. To connect the addition with the main house, we provided plenty of light and a built-in bookshelf with detailed pendant at the end of the hall. The clients' style was decidedly peaceful, so we created a wet-room with green glass tile, a door to a small private garden, and a large fir slider door from the bedroom to a spacious deck. We also used Yakisugi siding on the exterior, adding depth and warmth to the addition. Our clients love using the tub while looking out on their private paradise!
