Binswood Avenue - Shaker Style Fitted Wardrobe

This was a lovely project, where we were given artistic licence to subtly tweak the classic Arlington style. The wardrobe was to be in keeping with other cabinetry in the house but with a few added characterful details to set it apart from all the rest. Here we added a mock bead detail to the drawers, to break up the usual flush drawer fronts and simplified the traditional profile of the skirtings and cornice to better reflect the square edges of the door furniture. With its tranquil lavender hues, it’s a beautiful piece of furniture that elevates the room.
