The builder of this 2017 Fall Parade Home requested a "Chic, urban, modern farmhouse style" for staging with furniture and accessories. In order to show off this new build's beautiful surfaces and built-ins, I kept the palette soft and neutral, and patterns few. The furniture and accessories bring a curated look to the rooms, mixing and pulling together farmhouse, modern, and lush elements.
