After - A new piece of artwork created by the homeowner, who is an artist, is now the focal point of the room. It is a perfect modern contrast with the more traditional furnishings and details of the room. It incorporates all of the colours from key pieces in the space which the owners wanted to feature, such as the celadon elephant on the left, and the antique red glass vase to the right. A charming vignette was created with a small antique chair and nesting tables which are used from time to time for entertaining. The new electric insert is clean,easy to use, and updates the look of the fireplace.
