Ristrutturazione cucina. Il pavimento è realizzato artigianalmente in pastellone di cocciopesto, un materiale locale costituito da cocciopesto e azolo (sabbia di pietra lavica tipica della zona), posato con il frattazzo e completamente privo di fughe.
