Clipping Ceiling in Great room and Kitchen and making taller ceilings

My husband is a professional builder and he and I remodel homes!! This house was so old looking, the ceilings felt crowded and old time, so we removed the center wall, clipped the ceilings (structural engineer gave stamp) and opened up the space. Photos by The Perfect Spot
