Our patina walls are made from a proprietary blend of our pigments with micro-cement which we hand-trowel onto the wall to make a highly textured surface. Unlike flat paint or wallpaper, our pigmented micro-cement walls impart an actual texture and depth onto the wall we treat. This isn’t paint which can give a cloud-like ‘effect,’ but instead layers of micro-cement which actually vary by millimeters and sometimes as much as a centimeter in parts. We hand-trowel the colored paste onto the wall so of course the finished piece reflects our effort, mood, diligence and hand work.
