Au cœur du quartier des XV, niché dans le parc du Bon Pasteur, cet appartement à été totalement restructuré et rénové. L’impulsion créative du projet à été le mobilier des clients (Eames, Knoll,…). Nous avons prolongé ce point de départ esthétique dans tout le projet. Le noyer, le Ceppo Di Grès, le béton ciré, le marbre et le travertin ont été sélectionnés afin de donner à cet appartement les allures d’une suite d’hôtel luxueuse.

Coin TV "après" zoom juste après l'installation de la composition Bocksey de chez Habitat. Les deux colonnes qui encadrent la TV ont été customisées pour avoirune petite étagère afin de poser box internet, boîtier TV numérique et téléphone fixe.

Obiettivo principale del progetto per questo appartamento signorile di circa 140 mq, è stato quello di "liberare" lo spazio centrale della casa consentendo alla luce naturale di attraversare tutti gli ambienti e al contempo ottimizzarne la fruizione. La cucina diventa l’involucro centrale, un filtro che apre e chiude gli ambienti a seconda delle esigenze, e che libera la luce attraverso l’uso di superfici vetrate. Il lungo corridoio diventa un passaggio di distribuzione attrezzato dove le pareti scorrevoli vetrate amplificano lo spazio, riflettendo o lasciandosi attraversare.
