Nestled in Pape Village, we converted this smaller house by building a two-storey rear addition, providing much needed space for this growing family. The interior was entirely gutted to accommodate a spacious basement with a guest bedroom and laundry room. The main floor provides a partial open concept floor plan with bespoke cabinetry as both a focal point of the space and a delightful divider from the kitchen and rear of the house, something our clients desired. The sleek and playful blends of transitional and contemporary designs are carried upwards into the bedrooms, which feature additional custom cabinetry and ample space. New siding and paint gave this house a beautiful lift in curb appeal and transformed it into this family's forever home.
