I love layering textures. The solid gray linen duvet I used in this bedroom could look quite boring on its own, but with a dotted coverlet and patterned throw on top lift the look to new heights. Changing the look of the room is now easier (and cheaper!) by simple changing out the coverlet and/or throw.
