EMU Carousel Garden Lounge Chair - Emu 2023 from Go Modern London
The Carousel garden lounge chair by Sebastian Herkner for Italian brand Emu is part of the extensive Carousel collection which also includes dining chairs, a sofa, a footstool and coffee tables.
There are three distinct styles of lounge chair each with a different type of weaving for the wrap-around seat back. You can choose from a flat rope weave, a square twist rope weave and a thick twist rope weave. All three styles of chair have a tubular aluminium frame with a seat made from sheet aluminium alloy which is drawn to have an even shape and then fixed to the frame through a structural welding, performed with TIG technology that gives particular resistance as well as a better standard in terms of aesthetics. The rope used is double braided for extra strength with a synthetic core and a waterproof and UV resistant covering.
All of the materials in the Carousel collection are guaranteed for long-lasting resistance and colour stability making them perfect for all outdoor uses, especially in marine environments and in extreme weather conditions.
For each style the frame and the weave can be selected in four different colour ways; matt white frame with ivory weave, brown frame with brown weave, cement frame with grey weave and dark blue frame with grey weave.
Optional seat cushions are covered in a range of garden suitable fabrics chosen for their ability to withstand the elements and suitable for use outdoors. You can also add extra scatter cushions for even greater comfort.
