Double fumed oak with Versailles panels layered by us 2 years ago. We gave a fresh coat of Osmo Satin Gloss Oil.
Versailles panels wood flooring are named after the famous Palace of Versailles (Château de Versailles) in France, where in 1684 they are introduced for the first time to replace the old marble floor within the palace due to the marble floor required constant washing, which tended to rot the wooden joists beneath.
