Hardie tudor siding in West Bloomfield

Traditional House Exterior, Detroit

BEFORE and AFTER photos of the front balcony of this West Bloomfield tudor exterior remodel. The original house had average wood newell posts and boring turned spindles. Notice how narrow the trim boards appear above the twin casement window. Notice the seam in the middle of the bandboard under the deck! The remodel of this tudor included replacing the wood railing with composite railings with distinctive newell posts and railings, much better suited to the style and character of the home. Note how much better the balcony appears with thicker and wider trim boards. This balcony is now maintenance-free and will never rot, warp, fade, crack, or separate. That's because all of these materials are composite materials with a lifetime warranty. "WOOD IS NO GOOD."
